This gorgeous lantern has a lovely country feel with uneven edges and a rustic flavour made in wood, metal and glass. A great piece as it is an item you can use throughout the year as it is lovely at Easter with painted eggs, in the summer you can hang it from trees or a pagoda and you get lovely mood lighting for your party or barbecue, in the autumn you can use them as lighting when you celebrate Halloween or Guy Fawkes and they make a beautiful centre piece or decoration at Christmas with holly and mistletoe.
One of the panels is a hinged door with a small metal catch so that you can put your candle inside easily and safely and the candle rests on a metal base and the top of the lantern is also metal and vented. You can use this item outside, but it is not weather proof so should not be left out in the rain or damp conditions as it will rust.
