Who Are We?

A stay at home mum with a passion for gorgeous things and good customer service and a hard working hubby with a talent for photography and experience in packaging and logistics.

We came up with the concept of running a person friendly web shop, having loved the convenience of online shopping, especially after the birth of our first baby, but hating the impersonal and delayed approach offered by a vast majority of online stores. You don't want to feel like you’re dealing with a faceless firm and to be considered a number and not an important contributor to a business when you are investing time and money in what they have to offer, right?

We want people to find their ‘happy place’ while in our store from being delighted by our products, comfortable with our approach and impressed at our packaging, delivery and quality of your purchase.

We regularly attend trade fairs and have forged great relationships with various suppliers who all operate ethical production policies. In addition to this our suppliers have either adopted and implemented or are phasing in recycled/recyclable packaging. We also work with independent producers from the UK that are just starting up themselves, which is great as we can see this journey through together with a great deal of input from both sides to ensure we are offering the best possible product and service.

We are a true family affair with members from both sides working for our company. Since becoming a stay at home mum, I have noticed that there are a lot of people in my position who would love to continue to work, but without compromising their time with their families. There are also a vast number of people out of work that have skills and ambition but can’t work in a conventional work place due to disability or illness or they are full time carers. It is our aim to offer positions to such people in the future, to work from home at times that offer a great work/life balance while at the same time, extending the hours whereby you are able to talk to someone directly about our products and services.
